How many students can I get?
Some teachers in Japan want a couple of students to supplement their income while other teachers receive all their income from teaching private lessons. Selection is dependant on competition from other teachers in your area, your lesson fees, times available to teach and language you teach.
There is also the 'lottery' element to selection of teachers by students. Some teachers have registered and been selected within a day or two, and yet other teachers have been with us a long time and are yet to be chosen.
Updating your profile regularly will date-stamp it to show students which teacher details are the most recent and active.
